The parties
Engagements are between the client and Deal Baker Ltd, a UK private limited company, company number 14906367, registered in England and Wales. Sole director and sole employee: Mykola Vorobiov.
Engagement shape
Each engagement is a scoped deliverable with an end date and acceptance criteria. Engagements run monthly and are cancellable on 30 days' written notice.
Intellectual property
On payment of the relevant invoice, the client owns the work product produced under an engagement. Source code, credentials and cloud accounts are handed over from commit one.
Liability
Deal Baker Ltd's total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
